The University is the controller of the personal information you enter via the Third Term application form. This information is used to administer and assess your application for a third term position, including communicating an outcome to you. Accordingly, your information will be shared with the relevant areas within the University who are offering the third term opportunity so they are able to assess your expression of interest. We rely upon the ‘public task’ lawful basis in order to use your personal information for these purposes. Your application will be retained for a maximum of 9 months.
With your consent, the chatbot may send an email to us using your ID. This will be when a question is asked that it does not know the answer to, and your ID will be gathered from single sign-on as per ordinary University practice.
